VARIETY: Made from Redcurrants (100%)
PRODUCTION : Burgenland, Austria
HARVEST DETAILS: Full riped red currants with intensity in colour, fruity and rich of natural sweetness

CELLAR TREATMENT: Juice-Concentration immediately after pressing the berries, cold storage of concentrate, on demand diluting of the concentrate and beginning of the alcohol fermentation, interruption of the fermentation at a alcohol level of approximately 6% alc. Pasteurization and bottling of the wine.

TASTING NOTES:

Colour: dark red colour
Bouquet: Fresh and intensiv Redcurrant nose, sweet
Taste: very fruity and strong Redcurrant flavour, acid and sugar are well balanced

FOOD SUGGESTIONS: This wine has to be enjoyed after a nice meal for dessert or for „relaxing“, served at a temperature of around 8-10° Celsius
